  1. Are inflatable units safe?
    Yes. Cheerful Flates has the highest quality inflatable units that are not only great looking but meet the standards and requirements of the Inflatable industry. All of our units include the front step to ensure the safety of the kids getting in and out of the bouncer. All of our units were manufactured here in the U.S. with the strongest, fire retardant materials. Cheerful Flates secures your unit for safe and enjoyable fun.
  2. What is included in the rental price?
    The price includes the set-up of the bounce for use the entire day (8 hours) of your event. At the end of the event, Cheerful Flates will return to take-down the unit. There is certainly no work to be done on your part. Your only responsibility would be to ensure that the kids are behaving according to the rules to ensure a safe and cheerful event
  3. When should I reserve a unit?
    It is suggested that you reserve your unit 2-3 weeks in advance, especially in the summer time. However, last minute reservations can be done.
  4. What forms of payment does Cheerful Flates accept?
    Cheerful Flates currently accepts Cash and Money Orders.
  5. When is payment due?
    Payment is due upon arrival at the location of the event in which the inflatable is to be set-up.
  6. Does Cheerful Flates rent tables and chairs also?
    No, Cheerful Flates does not carry tables and chairs at this time.
  7. Is there a cancellation policy?
    We expect to be notified of a cancellation at least a week in advance that we can accommodate other reservations accordingly.
  8. What is required for set-up of an inflatable unit?
    A leveled grassy area is preferred for set-up. An electrical outlet within 50 feet is also required. For water slide, a hose and water source is needed.
  9. Are the units clean?
    Cheerful Flates have heard the horror stories of people receiving dirty units from another rental companies. Although it is expected that the bouncers would get dirty with kids constantly in and out of it, Cheerful Flates takes pride in cleaning its units after every use. Units are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized so that it comes to you clean and looking brand new. Besides that, most of our units are new!
  10. What times is Cheerful Flates available and how far will Cheerful Flates travel?
    Cheerful Flates is open for business 7 days a week. We are open to serve all of Polk County, the Tampa Bay Area and Central Florida.
